Upcoming events at Madison Presbyterian:

Due to the Coronavirus and recently issued federal, state and POJ guidelines, Madison Presbyterian Church has cancelled all church gatherings through April 23, 2020.  This date may be extended and we will keep you posted as decisions are made.

These cancellations will include all Sunday Worship, Bible studies, choir practices, and our monthly Breakfast Buzz gathering.  Also, we ask all groups that use our facilities to follow the guidelines and shelter in place.

We will be forwarding, via email for those who have access, the weekly sermon.  For those of you who do not have email access, we will mail via the post office on Thursdays, a copy of the weekly sermon. You can also view the weekly sermon on our Facebook Page -- Madison Presbyterian Church - PCUSA.  A live feed begins at 10am.  A copy of the sermon will be saved to the page for viewing after the live feed.

Should you have any questions, needs, concerns or wish to talk with someone about anything or everything, please do not hesitate to call the church office at

804-874-2098 or any other member of the congregation.

Our main concern is for everyone to stay healthy.  The link below is the most up to date guidelines issued by the White House.  Please click on this link below for more in-depth information.

"I was originally invited to attend church by a friend.  I have continue with my participation because of the intelligence, wisdom, grace and humor of the congregation."

"I feel compatible with the membership and I like the philosophy of the church."

"I grew up in the Presbyterian Church -- over the years I have attended other denominations.  When I moved to the area over 30 years ago, I found the small Presbyterian Church on Main Street.  Everyone is friendly and welcomed me.  I knew I had found a church family."
